TO PREVENT DELAYS IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS

1. If you have dog(s) in your home: Please ask your veterinary clinic to send proof of a current rabies vaccination and proof of spay or neuter for each dog to dog@oahs.org.

2. if you rent your residence: Please e-mail a copy of your pet rental policy to dog@oahs.org Be aware of any size/breed restrictions that may exist.

Any questions regarding the application process or status of your application should be directed to Dog Adoptions at dog@oahs.org or by calling 920-424-2128 extension 108. Please note adoption staff are on site Tuesday – Saturday and are not available Sunday or Monday.
