Reason for rehoming pet

We have Louie, a second dog and two cats in the house. Our cats, unfortunately, do not enjoy a peaceful environment in their home as they are chased and harassed, and the other dog is often bullied if near Louie’s space. 

Kind of home pet needs

No kids, preferably no other pets unless introduced first to ensure compatibility. Louie needs a person to bond with and someone that can give him a lot of lap time and has patience.
